He was director of teaching for many years at Woodrow Wilson High School in Long Beach, CA. He was a respected educator and administrator for many years and published many articles regarding teaching during his professional life.
He was a descendant of Martinus Walborn, Sr., his third great grandfather and a soldier of the American Revolution.
