Golden, Ill., July 28.--Mrs. Sarah E. Henning died late Saturday in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Noah Foltz. The daughter of James and Nancy Ashcraft, she was born in Camp Point, Aug. 27, 1862. She was married to John A. Henning Feb. 16, 1882. He died in June, 1910. Mrs. Henning was a member of the Christian Church at Loraine. When was young woman she lived in the Columbus neighborhood.
Surviving are two sons, Orin N. Henning of Galesburg and Edward H. Henning of Quincy; two daughters, Mrs. Edith Evans of Camp Point and Mrs. Foltz; 22 grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 1:15 C. S. T. in the Black funeral home at Golden and at 2 in the Loraine Christian church. Burial will be in Curless cemetery west of Golden.
