Funeral services for Mrs. Alta M. Rosemeyer, 69 years old, 610 North Chester Street, a retired proofreader, will be held at 1 p.m., Wednesday in the Shirley Brothers Drexel Chapel. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Rosemeyer, a resident of Indianapolis for 50 years, died Sunday in Community Hospital.
A native of Fortville, she was employed for 20 years by the Tri-Art Press Company and for 19 years by Pauley Printing Company.
She was a member of Tuxedo Baptist Church, Irvington Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star, the Ladies Auxiliary of Sahara Grotto and its Ladies' Cast and of Typographical Union No. 1.
Survivors include the husband, Harold W. Rosemeyer; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Jesse Crump of Phoenix, Arizona; four brothers, Amos Crump of Indianapolis, Aaron Crump of Lafayette, Loren Crump of Chicago, Illinois, and William Bice of Florida, and a sister, Mrs. Alice J. Felts of Phoenix, Arizona.
