AGNES ROSENBAUM DIED AT AGE OF 88

Services for 88-year-old Agnes Rosenbaum were held Monday afternoon, January 23, 1978. Mrs. Rosenbaum died on Saturday, January 21, at the Blair Hospital.
Services were at the Grace United Methodist Church in Kennard with Rev. John Fritzmeier and Rev. Harold Stolz officiating. Campbell Funeral Home was in charge of arrangments with burial in the Kennard Cemetery.
Mrs. Rosenbaum is survived by two daughters, one daughter-in-law, 9 grandchildren, and 22 great grandchildren. The daughters are Mrs. Ivan (Enid) Andersen of Kennard and Mrs. Joe (Jane) Stewart of Kennard. The daughter-in-law is Mrs. Harlan Christensen. Several nieces and nephews also survive her.
Mrs. Rosenbaum was born on Oct 25, 1889 at Kennard, Nebraska, to William C. and Mary Jane Bates. She married Jap Rosenbaum November 29, 1911, at Kennard. They lived in or near Kennard all their married lives. She had been a housewife most of her life and a resident of the Good Shepherd Home in Blair for the past 10 years.
She was a member of the Grace Methodist Church, Royal Neighbor Lodge, and a Charter member of the American Legion Auxiliary, Kennard.
She was preceded in death by her husband (1966) and one son Melvin (1957).
Pallbearers were Joe Stewart, Bill Rosenbaum, Scott Andersen, Ronald Andreasen, Vernon Arp, and Vernon Wulf.
