Rites Announced For Mrs. Ida Coy
EDINBURG, Aug. 17 – Funeral services for Mrs. Ida Coy, wife of R. A. Coy, are to be conducted in the Edinburg Methodist Church Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock.
The Rev. Bruce McClure, church pastor, will be in charge of the services and burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Mutz Funeral Home any time and are invited to attend the rites.
Died Sunday
Death came to Mrs. Coy Sunday morning at 5:25 o'clock shortly after being taken to the Johnson County Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Bartholomew County, Aug. 3, 1871 and was the daughter of the late Frank and Mary Hurst Neville.
On Jan. 21, 1922 she was married to Mr. Coy, who survives with a step-daughter, Mrs. Mamie Johnson, of Terre Haute; and a brother, Ed Neville, of Edinburg.
A son preceded her in death.
Mrs. Coy was a member of the Edinburg Methodist Church.
