WOODARD, ANNA LOU BRYANT - age 90 of Loudon, passed away Friday, May 18, 2007 at Fort Loudoun Medical Center. Mrs. Woodard was a longtime member of the Loudon United Methodist Church where she was also involved in the Deborah Circle and the United Methodist Women. Early in her working career she was employed in the hosiery mills and later worked in the school cafeterias. Preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Dolly (Allen) Bryant; husband, Clyde Woodard; sisters, Aurine Kyker, Viola Taylor and Beulah Sweeten; brothers, Bartley and James Bryant and a niece, Ann Hope. Survivors include a brother, Edwen Bryant of Newport; sister, Seattle Mantooth of Gastonia, NC; sister-in-law, Nancy Kollock of Knoxville; nieces and nephews, Betty and Charles Jenkins of Newport, Nancy and Terry Lindemer of Knoxville, Bill and Kathy Kollock of Loudon; great nieces and nephews, Christi Ballinger and Cathy Hope, both of Loudon, Carol Taranova of Lenoir City and Curtis Hope of Harriman. Funeral services 2:30 PM Sunday, McGill-Karnes Chapel, Dr. Tony Collins officiating. Interment to follow in Loudon County Memorial Gardens. Contributions in memory of Mrs. Woodard may be made to the Loudon United Methodist Church, c/o Video Ministry, P.O. Box 342, Loudon, TN 37774. The family will receive friends 1:00 - 2:30 PM Sunday prior to the service at McGill-Karnes Funeral Home, Loudon.
