Cora Adelia Lombard Millington was the eldest daughter of David Edward Lombard and his wife Lena Youker Lombard.

On April 5 1898, Cora married Otis Millington in Franklin County, Ohio.

Cora was born in Iowa and died in Gallipolis, Ohio at the Ohio Epileptic Hospital. She died from pneumonia per her death record and autopsy report.

After much exhaustive research conducted to locate Cora Lombard Millington's final resting place, I have come to the conclusion that she was most likely buried at the Mound Hill Cemetery in Gallipolis, however, no record of burial exists for her.
