Blair, Omaha and Kathleen (Katy) and Jerry Adams, Blair; grandchildren, Debra and Mark Schorr, Sherrie and Bernie Dudzinski, Thomas (Trip) and Shelly Blair III, Kristine and Chad Locke and Tom Adams and James Adams; nine great-grandchildren; a sister, Genevieve Sieberling, Rochester, Minnesota; brothers, Vinton Harris and Gaylord Harris, both of Mantorville, Minnesota.

Memorials may be made to Miller Park Presbyterian Church, Nebraska Methodist College of Nursing Endowment Fund or the Heart Fund.
