Charles Bouchard, son of Charles Bouchard and Marie-Josephte Corriveau, was born and baptized on 16 Aug 1757 at Saint Vallier, Bellechasse, Québec, Canada. He was orphaned, along with his two older sisters, upon the 1760 death of his father and the infamous 1763 execution of his mother. Charles married Marie Angélique Chretien, daughter of Louis Chretien and Marie Dugal, on 25 Nov 1776 at Saint Vallier. He died at the age of 34 and was interred in the parish cemetery of Saint Vallier on 10 Nov 1791. His widow remarried in 1795.
