Marie Françoise Bouchard, daughter of Charles Bouchard and Marie-Josephte Corriveau, was baptized on 10 Mar 1752 at Saint Vallier, Bellechasse, Québec, Canada. She was orphaned upon the 1760 death (and possible murder) of her father and the 1763 execution of her notorious mother. Françoise married Paul Gourgue, son of Paul Gourgue and Marie Joseph Ratté, on 16 Oct 1769 at Saint Vallier. It was a double ceremony which also involved the marriage of her 15 year old sister Angélique. Françoise died at the age of 75 and was interred in the parish cemetery of Saint Vallier on 10 Sep 1827.
