Wanda was born in the town of Windsor, New York. She was the younger daughter of Clinton Douglas Morris' and Minnie Marie Pomeroy's two daughters, their only children. Wanda married Harry Clark Albert (son of Burnside Conrad Philip Albert and Nancy Anita Sutliff) in Afton, NY and together had 8 children (one who died at birth).
