Charles R. “Charlie” Hitch, age 77, of Maryville, passed away Monday, Feb. 9, 2015, at home.
He retired from Walmart, and was preceded in death by his parents, Dewey and Emma Hitch; brothers and sisters, Don Hitch, John Hitch, Dorothy Bond, Lillian Lewis and Virginia Breedlove.
Survivors include sisters, Margaret Chapman, Ina Carver and Mary Shropshire; sister-niece, Carolyn Tibbits; special friend, Doug Cable; numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will meet at 11 a.m. Thursday at Clark’s Grove Cemetery for a graveside service with Rev. Jim Beasley officiating. Friends may call at their convenience from 1-7 p.m. Wednesday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home.
