Joseph H. ``Joe'' Resnick, age 75, of Alcoa, departed this life July 18, 2002. He was baptized at Frying Pan Freewill Baptist Church, Haysi, Va. and a member of Chilhowee Primitive Baptist Church. Preceded in death by daughter, Susan Oldham; sons, Joseph Resnick Jr., Gordon Resnick; parents, Grady and Ester Resnick; brothers, Ralph Resnick, Jimmy Resnick Elmer Resnick, Cecil Resnick; sisters, Imogene Owens, Norma Resnick, Avis Resnick, Janice Resnick.
Survivors: Wife, Virginia WHITEHEAD (Oldman) Resnick; sons, Lawrence Paul Resnick, of High Point, N.C., Jerry Oldham, Martin Oldham, both of Decatur, Ala.; daughter, Janet Banks, of Alcoa; 12 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren; brother, Robert L.
