Bryan Day was the son of John Day & Sarah Ballinger. He came to Clarke County in 1855 settling first in Jackson Twsp & then Washington Twsp, where he died. Married four times. # 1. Susannah Jay in 1828, one son, John - # 2. Rachel Kerl in 1828 - # 3. Rachael Stephens in 1838, 13 children - # 4. Nancy Scott in 1877. Occupation was a farmer.
