LAWNDALE - Mrs. Mary Ruth Alexander, 84, of 119 Fruitwood Drive, died Wednesday, March 14, 2001, at Cleveland Regional Medical Center.
A native of Lavonia, Ga., she was born Sept. 10, 1916, the daughter of William Edward and Flossie Temo Hicks Alexander.
She attended Fallston Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Bonnie Gates, and two brothers.
She is survived by two sons; five daughters; four brothers; two sisters; 17 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Burial will be in New Prospect Baptist Church Cemetery.
