Myron Maleski, age 89 of Gloucester City, NJ died Wednesday February 6 2008 at home with his family.

Born in Bayonne NJ, he enlisted in US 8th Army Air Force served in Germany & Austria and was a POW and survivor of Stalag B-17. He was a member of the American Legion Post 350 of Nanticoke, PA, VFW-Post 7679 of Mantua St. Mary's Catholic Church in Gloucester City, Church of the Incarnation and its senior citizens group in Mantua, and he was a 4th degree Knight in Knights of Columbus Council #6364.

Husband of the late Beatrice (nee Orszewski), he is survived by step son and grandchildren as well as 7 great grandchildren and 5 great great-grand children.
