Ronald Hugh Carroll age 80 of Maryville passed away on Monday, April 7, 2014 at the family home. He was a loving devoted husband of 50 years, loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He was a member of Madison Avenue Baptist Church and former deacon of Oak Street, Grandview, and Forest Hill Baptist Churches. Ronald was a United States Army Veteran serving in the Korean War. He loved gardening and ministering to friends and neighbors. He retired from ARA Vending Company after 40 years of service.

Preceded in death by: Wife, Barbara Ann Reed Carroll; Parents, Frank & Beulah Carroll; Brother, Kenneth Carroll.

Survivors include: Son & Daughter-in-law, Jeff & Donna Carroll; Daughters & Sons-in-law, Teresa & Mike Lambert and Kim & Rob Charlton; Grandchildren, Nathan Lambert and wife Kristina, Christa Lambert Wenger and husband Josh, Lee Charlton and wife Whitney, Wes Charlton, Andrew Carroll, and Jonathan Carroll; Great-Granddaughter, Abigail Grace Lambert; Siblings, Edward Carroll, Sara Lou Graves, Glenn Carroll, and James Carroll; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral celebration will be at 7:00 PM, Thursday, April 10, 2014 at Madison Avenue Baptist Church with Dr. Glenn Cummings and Rev. Greg Long officiating. Interment will be at 3:00 PM, Friday, April 11, 2014 at Grandview Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 PM, Thursday, April 10, 2014 at Madison Avenue Baptist Church.
