Dorothy K. Sutton age 93 of Maryville passed away, Sunday January 12, 2014, at NHC Fort Sanders Healthcare Center. She was a charter member of Monte Vista Baptist Church.
Preceded in death by husband, L.B. Sutton Jr.; parents, Hunley and Lula Kirk; sisters, Millie Bond, Ruby Bright and Audrey Heckert; brothers, Hunley, Melvin and Harrison Kirk.
Survived by son, L.B. Sutton III (Chip) of Maryville, daughter and son in law, Marilyn and John Julies of Knoxville; grandchildren, Jake and Julissa Julies, Jarod Julies all Knoxville; great grandchildren, Jazmyn and Jaylin of Julies; brother and sister in law, D.C and Helen Kirk of Athens.
Funeral service 7:00 PM Thursday, January 16, 2014 at Miller Funeral Home Magnolia Chapel, Rev. Bob Dalton and Rev. Jerry Montooth officiating. Graveside and interment will be held 11:00 AM Friday at Grandview Cemetery.
