William Franklin Hester Blanton is buried at Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery in an unmarked grave. At the time of his death his wife could only pay for transporting him from GA to SC (his home state) and the funeral. She could not afford a grave marker. A few years ago one of his daughters, Bobbie Blanton Baldwin had a grave marker made, but the church records had been destroyed and the marker was not placed. Bobbie has since passed away and I'm not sure what ever became of the grave marker.
