Millbrook Round Table, 17 June 1899
Note on Mary E. Winters: her obituary identifies her as the granddaughter of Robert Winters. She is on the 1880 census with Robert, his wife Ellen, their daughter Mary Jane, age 19, and their son Thomas, age 15. Mary Jane is described as married on the census. The surname Winters has been crossed out by Mary Jane's name and the name Rittenburgh is written over it. Mary Jane Winters later married George Smith Sackett. The 1900 census lists her as the mother of 3 children, all living. Her son William is mentioned in her brother Thomas' obituary as a cousin, not as a nephew. In all probability, Mary E Winters is the daughter of Mary Jane Winters Sackett.
