Robert Winters died at Shunpike, May 2, aged 71 years, having lived 48 years in America, most of the time in this town. His wife was Ellen Lee, who crossed the ocean about the same time, and the Lee family settled in the same neighborhood. He was a man of considerable education, having been a schoolmaster in Ireland, and had a good reputation here as a good citizen and neighbor. He owned a farm near Shunpike Station. A large congregation attended the funeral at Millbrook Monday
