Mary W. (Walker) Schrock, 85, Salisbury, died , Feb. 1, 2007, at Meyersdale Medical
Center, Meyersdale. Born Feb. 27, 1921, in Boynton, she is the daughter of the late
Russell and Gertrude (Bittner) Walker. She is also preceded in death by her husband,
Glenn E. Schrock, Dec. 18, 2005; and a son, Barry Schrock. She is survived by a sister,
Jane Barnhart, Meyersdale, and several nieces and nephews, including Paris and Deb
Christner, Salisbury. Mrs. Schrock was a secretary for the Salisbury Borough for 21
years. She was also manager of the Ladies Undergarment Factory in Salisbury. Friends will
be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at Newman Funeral Home Inc., 9168
Mason-Dixon Highway, Salisbury, where a service will be conducted 10 a.m. Monday. The
Rev. Dr. Philip Sorenson officiating. There will be no scheduled viewings Sunday.
Interment will be in the Salisbury Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to the family at
