The only thing that reveals Elizabeth marriage in Faubion and Allied Families is that she was married to a McPherson.

From the family of Richard McPherson and Eleanor Barton we have Chloe McPherson who married John Benjamin Rector 29 Sept 1786 in Botetourt Co. Virginia where this family was living. They were also in Washington Co Tenn the same time as Benjamin in 1796 where I found a court record for Benjamin John Benjamin Rector's 2nd marriage was to Rebecca Sevier and he died in Greene Co Tenn in 1856. John Benjamin Rector is the brother of Uriah Rector. Uriah also was in Botetourt Co. Virginia on the same tax rolls as all of these McPherson families.

Out of the family of Richard McPherson is a son Daniel McPherson who died in Meigs Co Tenn but was in Roane and various other counties of Tenn where our families lived.

Daniel married Susannah Kincheloe and had a son Horton that no one knows anything about.

Uriah Rector was also in Roane Co Tenn and I find a marriage in Roane Co Tn for a Spencer McPherson married 21 Sept 1822 Catherine McDuffie. He's on the 1830 Roane Co Tn census then moves to Marshall Co. Alabama by 1840. He's on the 1850 Marshall Co. Alabama Census born abt 1801 in Tenn. Spencer is a very common name in our Rector/Faubion families. Jacob Faubion and Diannah Rector had a son Spencer born abt 1787 who married Frances Holland 6 Mar 1806 and moves to Clay Co Missouri. Diannah Rector Faubion also had a brother Spencer Rector born 1765 Fauquier Co Va who married Mary Tiffin. Diannah and Spencer being children of Henry Rector and Nancy Ann Robinson in Fauquier Co. Va.

I very much suspect that this Spencer McPherson is probably Elizabeth's son and possibly his father was Horton McPherson, son of Daniel McPherson and Susannah Kincheloe.

Until I can either prove or disprove this theory, I am going to include Spencer McPherson and his descendants in this genealogy.
