Private Funeral Services Held for Edwin Govett
Private services for Edwin Stamps Govett, 18, student of Central Union High School, son of Mr. and Mrs. E. J. Govett of Rolinda, were held yesterday at the graveside in Mountain View Cemetery, with Rev. W. G. Fletcher officiating.
The youth died early yesterday at his home from diphtheria. He had lived at Rolinda for thirteen years and was a native of Texas.
Besides his parents, he leaves a brother, David Johnson Govett and two sisters, Heppie and Bonnie Govett.
Arrangements were made by Stephens and Bean.
