FRED CORNELIUS GONE

Fred Cornelius of Bennington died suddenly last Saturday at his home in Bennington, Nebr. Deceased was an early settler in the southern part of the county where he farmed successfully for a number of years, retiring in his declining years and settling in Bennington. He was a good business man, a good citizen and leaves a host of friends in this county who will miss him greatly.

Funeral services were held Tuesday from the home and interment made in the German cemetery in a great concourse of friends following the body to its last resting place.
