Sophia Cornelius's flat gray headstone sits next to and south of the monolithic Cornelius monument in the Cornelius family plot in block 13, lot 8. The Cornelius plot is 15 yards from the front edge of the cemetery and 60 yards north of the southeastern entrance.

Looking east at the southern half of the Cornelius family plot in block 13, lot 8. Sophia Cornelius's grave marker is the flat gray marker near the upper left corner to the right of the base of the Cornelius family monument. Lower and to the right is a marker for Carl Cornelius. Frederich Cornelius's gray block marker is in the lower left corner and to his right is a flat gray marker inscribed, "Baby".

The Cornelius plot is 15 yards from the front edge of the cemetery and 60 yards north of the southeastern entrance.

Looking east at the Cornelius family plot in block 13, lot 8. Sophia Cornelius's gray flat marker is to the right and slightly behind the Cornelius family monument. Clockwise from Sophia's headstone, the other markers are: a flat gray marker for Carl Cornelius, a flat marker inscribed "Baby", a block marker for Frederich Cornelius, a flat marker inscribed "Cornelius" (bottom middle), a block marker for Anna Cornelius, a flat marker for Henry Cornelius, a block marker for William Kahnk and unseen behind the family monument, a flat marker for Marie Kahnk.

All the flat markers in this plot sit at ground level or below. The family monument is a 5.75 ft tall monolith with "Cornelius" inscribed on the west face. Block 13 is the second block north of the entrance along the front (east) edge of the cemetery. The Cornelius plot is 15 yards from the front edge of the cemetery and 60 yards north of the southeastern entrance.
