Services: 9:30 a.m. Friday, Swanson Golden Mortuary, 3305 harney, Omaha. Additional services 1:30 p.m. Friday, Stockholm Lutheran Church, rural Shickley. Memorials to Augustana Lutheran church, Omaha, or Heart fund. Burial Stockholm Lutheran Church Cemetery.

Hold Services For Sisters At Stockholm
Nellie E. Bjork was a daughter of S a m u e 1 and Christina Bjork, born April 1, 1894, near Ong and Shickley. She received her early education in the church and schools of that community until the family moved to Omaha in 1912 and affiliated with the Augustana Lutheran church there.
She departed this life August 4, 1971 at the age of 77 years. Funeral services were held at the Swanson Golden Mortuary in Omaha with final service at the Stockholm Lutheran church near Shickley August 7. Pastor Woodrow Wilson officiated.
Three weeks later, August 23. 1971. her sister M.Eleanora Bjprk passed away at the age of 83. She was also a daughter of Samuel and Christina Bjork. She was born November 26, 1887, near Ong and Shickley and moved to Omaha with the family in 1912.
Funeral services were held at the Swanson Golden Mortuary in Omaha with final services at the Stockholm Lutheran church August 27, Pastor Buch officiating. She was laid to rest beside her sister Nellie in the Stockholm Lutheran cemetery.
Survivors are their sister, Edith E. Bjork of Omaha; niece, Mrs. Louis (Norma) Strege of Tacoma, Wash.; nephews, Mervin Bjork of Spanaway, Wash., Willard Swenson and Lester Swenson, both of Lincoln; grand-nieces and grand-nephews; cousins, Pearl Mattson and Elenor Anderson, both of Omaha, and four cousins in Sweden.
