Cecelia Rosalette Love was the daughter of Jeremy Parkhurst Love and Amanda Cooper.

She married Elias T. (Tank) Rollins, in Knox County, Indiana on August 2, 1872. To this marriage was born Jeremiah Madison, Lyman Lafayette, Amanda Elvina, Flora Jane, Nora Ethel, Cora E., Mary Margaret and my great-grandmother, Latillie Hope Rollins.

"Rosalette" would never remarry after Tank's premature death in Oklahoma. Their daughter Mary would describe their relationship as "tender" in a letter she wrote to Latillie. She was a Christian woman who delighted when her father was made an Elder in their church.
