John C. (Jack) Fritzius Sr., 80, of North Braddock died Saturday at home. A retired roll turner from Copperweld Bimetallics Division in Glassport, he was a member of Good Shepherd Church in Braddock. Born in North Braddock, Sept. 4, 1919, he was a son of the late Robert and Minnie Alma Anderson Fritzius. He is survived by his wife, Jean C. Schleifer Fritzius; daughter, Carol Lee Harmening of North Versailles Twp.; son John C. (Jack) Fritzius Jr. of Penn Twp.; eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren, and brother, Warren Fritzius of Monroeville. Friends are being received in the Theodore J. Scheifer Jr. Funeral Home, Braddock, today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated tomorrow at 10 a.m. in Good Shepherd Church. Interment will be in Monongahela Cemetery, North Braddock.
