BELLEVILLE- Buddy H. Krepps, 66, of 20 Stony Brook, Belleville, passed away into eternal life at 10:07 p.m. Sunday, April 14, 2002, in Middleburg. Born July 21, 1935 in Belleville, he was the son of the late Wesley and Alice (Smith) Krepps. His wife, Helen R. (Bigelow) Krepps, whom he married Sept. 8,1956, survives. Also surviving are: children, Mrs. Larry (Michele E.) Wagner, Belleville, Mrs. James (Daphne N.) Marthouse, Belleville, Bryan B. and Lisa Krepps, Reedsville, Wesley D. and Jameline Krepps, Belleville, and Mrs. Jay (Regina A.) Kanagy, Belleville; brothers and sisters, Martina Peachey, Lancaster, Elizabeth Sharp, Reedsville, Robert Krepps, Burnham, Jean Stoltzfus, Minnesota, Peggy Yoder, Reedsville, Hellen Zook, Belleville, and Zelda Krepps, Ohio; and 13 grandchildren, Matthew Yoder, Lacosta Yoder, Lindsey Marthouse, Casey Marthouse, Jordan Krepps, Tyler Krepps, Seth Krepps, Carma Krepps, Desiree Krepps, Janalee Krepps, Wade Krepps, Shana Kanagy, Mitchel Kanagy. He was preceded in death by a brother, Glenn Krepps. He retired from New Holland in 1990. He Pastored at Mountain View Mennonite Church, Reedsville. He was the founder of Gateway Family Fellowship, Reedsville. He served in the U.S. Army Reserves. He was a member of United Missionary Evangelists of America, and Stony Run Mission Church, Kellerville. He lived a life of creativity and ministered in word and in song. He was a builder, teacher, a song writer, a pioneer and visionary. A funeral service will be held ar 10a.m. Wednesday at Gateway Fellowship, Reedsville, with Pastor James Neimand officiating. Interment will be in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Belleville. There will be no public viewing. In lieu of flowers: donations should be sent to: Gateway, P.O. Box 11, Reedsville, PA 17084. Bohn Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
