Randall Gene Lee, 52, of Morning Sun, died Saturday, September 12, 1998, at his mother's home in Morning Sun.

Born February 10, 1946, in Burlington, he was the son of Lester Howard and Pauline I. Housman Lee.

Mr. Lee was a graduate of Morning Sun High School. He was a farmer and worked at the Iowa Army Ammunition Plant in Middletown.

He was a member of the former Yarmouth Methodist Church.

Survivors include his mother; one sister, Linda Lee Tank of Eldridge; two brothers, Thomas L. Lee and Douglas D. Lee, both of Morning Sun; three children, Brian Lee of Florida, Melissa Lee of Iowa and Benny Lee of Florida; three grandchildren; and six nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Visitation will begin after 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Hagele and Honts Funeral Home in Morning Sun, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m.

The funeral for Mr. Lee will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at United Methodist Church at Morning Sun, with the Reverends Harlan Winter and Jack Edmisson officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery at Morning Sun.

A memorial has been established for Morning Sun youth league wrestling program.
