Bloomington School Teacher, Miss Ellie Watson, 63, Dies

"Miss Ellie Watson, 63 a teacher in the Bloomington public school system since 1928, died at 2:30 AM Wednesday in a Houston hospital.
The funeral will be at 10:00 AM Friday at Wharton Funeral Home in Wharton.
Grave side services at 3 PM Friday will precede burial in Huntsville.
Miss Watson was a member of the Christian Church and the daughter of a Chistian minister the late Rev. Charles S. Watson.
She was born at Thorp Springs, Texas on Sept 1, 1892.
Surviving are two brothers, P.W. Watson of Boling, Texas and W.T. Watson of Glen Ellen, CA; four sisters, Mrs. Nola Wilder of Lufkin, Mrs. R.S. Riser of New Gulf, Mrs. Bessie Welborn of Ft. Worth and Mrs. Iris Ward of Elkhart, TX, and 23 nieces and nephews."
