Mrs. Ruth Anna Donaldson, 74, of Orrtanna, was dead on arrival at the Warner Hospital Monday night at 9:20. She had been ill since January 1.
A life long resident of Adams county, she was the widow of the late Frank S Donaldson, who died
August 16, 1868, and was the daughter of the late Heber and Annie Eichelberger Brenizer. She was a member of the Orrtanna united Methodist Church, the Women's Society of Christian Service of the church and the Cashtown Fire Co., Auxiliary.
Surviving are a duather and son, Mrs. Arthur Naugle, of Bighlerville and Guy F Donaldson, Gettysburg R3; four grandchildren; two great grandchildren and seven brothers and sisters; Alex, Hamilton, Ohio; Walter, Biglerville R1; Mrs. Grace Reinecker, Biglerville; Mrs. Ora Currens, Biglerville;
Mrs. Hope Cobb, Camden, N.J.; Mrs. Esther McGlaughlin, Fairfield, and Ralph Brenizer, Cashtown.
Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2:00 from the Wilson Funeral Home, Fairfield, with Rev. Rodney I Richeson officiating. Interment will be in the Fairfield Union Cemetery.
