Ora M. Currens, 86, of East Hanover Street, Biglerville, died Tuesday morning, July 22, at the Gettysburg Hospital.

Born in Adams County, she was the daughter of the late Heber and Annie Eichelberger Brenizer. She was predeceased by her husband, George C. Currens, Sr., who died in 1955.

She was a member of the Centenary United Methodist Church.

She is survived by two sons, Eugene M. Currens of Haines City, Fla., and George C. Currens of Gettysburg; two daughters, Louetta C. Neuman and Joyce L. Rummel, both of Gettysburg; 19 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren; one brother, Ralph Brenizer of Mechanicsburg; two sisters, Hope Cobb of Mechanicsburg and Esther McGlaughlin of Fairfield; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. from the Monahan Funeral Home in Fairfield with the Rev. Colin J. Shaffer officiating. Interment will be in the Fairfield Union Cemetery.

FUNERAL:
Funeral services for ORA M. CURRENS, 86, East Hanover Street, Biglerville, who died Tuesday morning at the Gettysburg Hospital, were held Thursday afternoon at the Monahan Funeral Home in Fairfield with the Rev. Colin J. Schaffer officiating.

Interment was in the Fairfield Union Cemetery.

Pallbearers were: Gary Currens, Ronald Currens, Steven Rummel, Thomas Shealer, Larry Swope and Gerald Shealer.
