GEORGE F. MOUNTS, 71 IS DEAD AT MOSCOW
Well Known Orange Township Man Resident of Community Where He Died 49 Years.
HAD BIRTHDAY EVERY 4 YEARS
George F. Mounts, a well known resident of Moscow, died this morning about four o'clock at the family home, following an illness of twelve weeks, due to poisoning that developed with an attack of tonsillitis. The deceased was 71 years of age, and held the distiction of having a birthday only once every four years, having been born on February 29th. The deceased was a well known lightning rod expert and had been engaged in that business for a number of years, in addition to his farming interests. He had lived in Moscow for 49 years and formerly had lived in Shelbyville, Greensburg and other places. He was a member of the Christian church of Greensburg. He is survived by a widow, a brother and a sister, who are Charley Mounts of Oklahoma and Mrs Etta Toner of Dayton O. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be held at the late residence Saturday afternoon at two o'clock and burial will be made in the Moscow cemetery.
