Perry, Georgia 31069 - Head southeast on Perry Pkwy toward Sugarloaf Pkwy; in 0.5 mile turn right onto Houston Lake Road; Continue for 3.4 miles, then turn right onto GA-127 E; in 0.6 mile, turn left on Moody Road, continue on for 6.9 miles; turn left onto S. Pleasant Hill Road, and continue for 1.3 miles. The cemetery will be on the left.
Magnolia Park Cemetery, a private, family owned, full-service cemetery, formerly know as the Watson Cemetery established in 1949, has recently undergone renovation after being purchased in 2003. Some of the oldest burials, dated before 1949, are located approximately 40 feet directly behind the main entrance sign, under the magnolia trees. The original cemetery was for the Watson family and relatives. Mr Thomas Watson, Sr., donated the land for Magnolia Park Cemetery. The cemetery property is now owned by the McNeal Family of McCullough Funeral Home, long time residents of Houston County. There is a "sister" cemetery, Magnolia Park South Cemetery (Find A Grave ID# 2411452), located at 605 GA Hwy 96, Bonaire, Houston County, Georgia.
