This cemetery is on Fort Knox property in Meade County, near the tank training area. You MUST get permission 1ST. When you pull onto the tank training area, you turn right and follow the trail closest to the road. You will go almost all the way to the river. You no longer need a 4-wheel drive. You can drive your car right to it now. Thank you Fort Knox!!!

This is a photo taken Memorial Day 2007. Thanks to our WONDERFUL military personel, you no longer have to have a 4 wheel drive vehicle or walk. There is now a path that can be driven in your car right to the cemetery.

This is the gate to the tank training area that you need to go through to get to the cemetery. From Fort Knox, take Dixie Hwy north towards Muldraugh, turn West on Hwy 60 (Owensboro Hwy), you will drive past Camp Carlson on your right, cross the river and this entrance will be at the next intersection on your right. The entrance in photo is at the corner of 60 and Basham Corner Rd/Fort Ave. You still have to get permission first. But you no longer have to have a four wheel drive vehicle. You can drive the entire path in a standard car. THANK YOU Fort Knox! Stop at the building on the left of this pic to get permission, then drive directly to the opposite side (towards Camp Carlson but still inside the gate) for the path. Take the path to the left and find the cemetery (Old Grahampton Cemetery #69). Many of the men who work in this building didn't know where the cemetery was. You Need to tell them #69. You feel like you are just going to drive into the treeline but there IS a path right to it!
