This small family burial ground is in the yard of what was the J T Nicholson home place on Leo Baker Road, next to 1355 Leo Baker Road {EAST of Highway 12 and NORTH of Mosley Ferry Road} and within the city limits of Ashland City. NOT to be confused with two Nicholson cemeteries that are WEST of Highway 12, nor with another Nicholson cemetery that is EAST of Highway 12 but SOUTH of Mosley Ferry Road.

The original house has been torn down and another built in its place. There are no signs indicating where the cemetery is, and it is on private property. The site was used for 4 known burials between 1915 and 1940 =

- John Thomas Nicholson (1856-1940), husband
- Sarah Ann (Gupton) Nicholson (1856-1928), his 1st wife
- Elizabeth Delana (Nicholson) Denney (1884-1915), daughter memorial 136020085
- Benjamin Franklin Denney (1877-1920), son-in-law memorial 188448331

A thicket has overgrown the burial site and its headstones.
