Organized in 1883.

AKA - "Welsh Mountain Mission" or "Free Will" Cemetery. Currently the Friendship Missionary Baptist Church is associated with this cemetery. Most of those interred here are of African American decent and this list was provided by the Salisbury Township Historical Society. The cemetery was in very poor condition until it was cleaned up in the summer of 2017 by a boy scout for his Eagle Scout project. Only 2 markers have full name inscriptions and several have only initials. The remainder of existing markers appear to be only fieldstone.
