Jennings Cemetery is on a farm, but is about 1/4 mi from the road way back in a forested area with alot of undrebrush. We were able to get permission to look for it and only found it by stumbling over some of the broken grave stones. It would not surprise me to hear that the land owner is going to plow the site under; however, I believe that he would have an awful lot of work to do,ie. cut down a lot of woods, clear a whole mess of underbrush/growth and then clear out off of the rocks, etc. The cemetery was not too far from a curve in the creek/ditch bank that ran between it and the actual farmstead. This cemetery is about 15 minutes from Little Grove Cemetery, Jefferson County, Illinois, which is just about a mile from the little village of Walnut Hill, Marion County, Illinois.
