From Mooresville, N.C., take NC 150 west to Little Mountain Rd. Turn right on Little Mountain Rd. This cemetery is on the right side of the road, by a mailbox with house number 6277, and is enclosed by a chain link fence. From Newton, take NC 16 south, turn left on Buffalo Shoals, then turn right on Little Mountain Rd. Cemetery is on left, next to a mailbox with house number 6277. I originally had been told that this cemetery is considered to be in Maiden, but after consulting Google Maps it appears that it might actually be in Sherrill's Ford. It is not in any town, but near one.

There are 2 large broken slabs (leaning against trees) that are so worn that no inscriptions are left, and there are several broken pieces of headstones scattered around. One chunk of stone has partial inscriptions on it but not enough to tell what it is. Of the 8 burials I have added to this cemetery, 6 have readable stone and 2 do not.
