The cemetery is located on the grounds of what was originaly known as the Carroll County Poor Farm (1849),it was later known as the Carroll Asylum and Carroll County Home. It is currently called Carroll Manor and is an assisted living facility.
The cemetery has not had any upkeep in years and there were never any grave markers, few people know of its existance.
Recently the Carroll County Historical Society has taken an interest in making it a future project.
These are the residents that past away at the home.
