It is a well cared for cemetery. It is located on Yellow Springs Road, 100 yds +/- west of North Valley Road. North of Paoli near the Diamond Rock octagonal school house.
Diamond Rock Mennonite Cemetery, aka Chester Valley Mennonite, Chester Valley near Cedar Hollow, Chester County, Pennsylvnia.
This Mennonite congregation and cemetery was established in early 1800s. The last minister to officiate there was Rev. Israel BEIDLER who died 1876. The congregation was known as Beidler's, then Chester Valley. In the graveyard adjoining the church, the two earliest burials were in 1819. The stone-walled church was built about 1835. It is no longer in use. The cemetery is surrounded by a substantial stone wall. In 1923, N B Grubb inventoried the cemetery which had some illegible stones.
