I found this photo among my Mother's belongings after she passed away. I believe she took these photos (Martha Shelton and Coleman Green Shelton) sometime in the late 1960s or early 1970s. I remember her telling me that this old cemetery (Mustang Cemetery) was in the middle of someone's land where cattle were grazed, and that several of the old headstones had been toppled over, either by the cattle or just over time had fallen over. Coleman Green Shelton was my Mother's maternal grandfather. I am curious to know if this cemetery is accessible to the public and if any restoration has been or is being done.
