Many graves are of unknown persons, and are marked "With Respect"

The cemetery is not on the State Hospital property. It is on a small dirt road that is accessed behind the town's Walmart.

The Wyoming State Hospital Cemetery (Upper and Lower) is located behind the Walmart store. Take to unpaved road up the hill. This cemetery is located on the north side of Interstate 80. The Wyoming State Hospital also has another burial ground/cemetery property (post 1951 burials) located within the Evanston City Cemetery just on the left as you drive in.
