I am the daughter of Ottis Filmore Dugger. Born in Neva Tennessee August 5 1943 and Madeleine Betrix Garriepy born Sept 16 1921 to Frank a Garriepy of hollioke Mass 1886 and Louise B Voisenet of Paris France 1898. I didn't know I had all the sisters and brothers in the Dugger family and the exciting adventurous Duggers who helped tame the west. Daniel Boon mentioned my Family as one of the first white men he met who were long rifle hunters.
