My genealogy passion started at the young age of 15 when my dad took me to the family farm in Amherst , WI after the last family member living there passed away to help clean out the house. There was a genealogy treasure trove there and I spend the next several years going through everything and documenting the family tree. I put all that on the back burner for the last two decades as I raised two kids but am getting back into it again.
