Cem Ozmeral served as the President of TAACO (Turkish American association of Central Ohio) twice in the past.
He is also known as "istanbullite" named after his web-portal with his writings about Istanbul and Turkey. He is the author of three published books.
His interests include researching family history and graves of his relatives and also of the Turkish American community of Columbus Ohio who started to settle here in late 1950 ties.
