Find a Grave ID

Bio

Ironically, this all started with trying to locate a few veteran graves nearby. I'm a US Army veteran, history nut, and an amateur historian, working on my degree to go pro. I grew up between Lake George and Fort Edward NY, and specialize in American Military History, primarily battles, tactics and equipment and in railroad history pertaining to NY state. My latest endeavors include taking photos of any remains of the Delaware & Hudson or NY Central railroads, as well as visiting every veteran grave in any cemetery I find and leaving a penny, documenting, and photographing each 18th and 19th Century veteran grave I can. Someday I hope to publish a photo book of these graves.
