Was born in Mohave Valley County in Arizona, to James Matlock and Rena Collie. I grew up in topock for my elementary years until my family fell upon hard times. My dad moved up to Williston, North Dakota to pursue a job in North Dakota. After getting enough money he movie my mom and I up in 2012. Where I would spend my middle school and Highschool years. Here I would take art classes and earn the ward of being able to travel across ND in the North Dakota Traveling art show with a large 2 1/2 by 4 foot watercolor painting named Ragnarök. After that award I began forcusing on my career which lead me to take Diesel Technologies my Sr year of high school. During the last semester of that year I was sought out by a service manager for Williston RDO equiptment, and the week I turned 18 in July of 2017 I was employed as an apprentice service technician. I’ve been at RDO for almost 2 years now and I’m planning to become their integrated controls specialist the summer of 2019 after I graduate college with my degree in diesel technologies.
